Pretty apartment in central village location
We spent a lovely few days in this pretty apartment. It has all necessary amenities, the bed was comfortable to sleep in, it was clean and tidy, the owner was very helpful and it is excellently located in the centre of the village. The car needs to be parked a couple of hundred metres away in one of the official parking areas but it is possible to temporarily leave the car a few metres from the apartment to load and unload, so that in itself is not a problem. All in all a great few days in this bustling and beautiful village.

visite d'un très beau village
L'accès au logement (entrée, couloir, escalier) est dans un état lamentable (salpêtre au mur et au plafond, carrelage dégradé, odeur d'urine). L'appartement est propre. Le couchage (convertible sans âge, sur-matelas sale) est très inconfortable. Surtout il faut penser à apporter ses draps et oreillers. Il n'y en a pas sur place même avec supplément. Le prix annoncé de 35 € par nuit passe à 58 € avec les frais annexes. Cotignac est un très beau village qui mérite le détour

Très beau studio, bien situé au centre, propre + matériel en état
J'ai passé un très bon séjour studio en très bon état ( le propriétaire joignable pour des questions ) Le seul problème pas de place pour le stationnement du véhicule 2 petits parking de 5 place Très bon séjour positif
