"Quiet location, friendly staff, food good but needs restaurant menu changing nightly or some specials adding as when your staying for any length it gets a bit boring, also the outside at the side of the restaurant needs a good sweep and tidy up, I sat there one evening watching a mouse playing and looking for something to eat, which it found then popped back into the stone wall, which you expect to find things like that in the country but could put some people off being so near the dining room, but overall we really enjoyed our stay"

"Booked this hotel for a wedding as it's one of the cheapest in the area. The location is perfect ten minute walk into the lovely Cirencester. Much better area than the premier inn across the road. If you're looking for a affordable no frills hotel this is the one for you! "

"It’s the Cotswolds .. what more is there to say .. Only slight issue was housekeeping, had to ask for toilet rolls, tea, and water … bed making leaves a lot to be desired but it’s just a bed .. food was lovely, breakfast is great … "
