"The property was fine. The room was ok. They did not have a luggage storage facility which caused a large problem for us. I have never had a hotel refuse to store luggage. We were prepared to pay for it and were going to return to the hotel for a further 4 nights on our return from Dublin. We will not be returning to Ibis again. "

"I booked a room for 1 night for my husbands birthday. The room we were appointed was clean and comfortable. We were notified of some works happening outside the hotel but were reassured that the work would not happen overnight or early in the morning. We were however woken up to very loud noises that continued for the rest of the morning. After returning from a plentiful breakfast the noise had increased dramtically. "Clean and modern, nice shower. Very convenient to T2 and just a 5 minute walk from the arrival area. Only thing not clear is that the bedside plugs have switches that need to be turned on if you want to charge your phone. We arrived late and I did not check, only to discover in the morning that my phone had not charged. If you are then in a rush in the morning and you phone didn’t charge, it can cause a bit of stress. So don’t make the same mistake."

"Great location, beds and pillows not the most comfortable. We had room at the back so had all the aircon fans for the building and deliveries to listen to most of the night. Staff were great especially Francesca who looked after us at breakfast. Extremely helpful and professional. "

"The hotel is only about 2 minutes walk from North Acton metro station so incredibly convenient. There are a number of take away establishments en route so it is very convenient. The property itself looks new and the room was pristine and spacious. The staff were warm and friendly and the facilities were excellent. This is the nicest budget hotel I've stayed in London, which is generally so over priced. I would highly recommend this to anyone staying in London."

"It saddens me to say but this is not the same hotel it was 8-9 years ago. I stay frequently, always in a luxury room. The hotel is in need of updating. Things like electric outlets and wall switches and plumbing fixtures often don’t work properly. The carpet is getting sketchy. Also, I often see fairly aggressive upselling on check in, something that never happened in the past. I continue to stay here because the location is unsurpassed. If not for that I would be looking for another place to...
