This is a conveniently located hotel close to Heathrow with many public bus options close by. The room was clean and tidy with lots of amenities. I would recommend this for a short stay close to Heathrow.

When my hearing aid went wrong the staff were excellent in helping me to find a Specsavers Audio in Kingston, printing out maps for me as to where to find the shop etc. Nothing seemed too much trouble and again on a second stay the staff were excellent.
