"Very comfortable stay in London. On arrival you are greeted by very friendly staff and the smell of the hotel was beautiful. Marlin you are missing a trick here i would happily have bought some reed diffusers if you had them on sale. Hotel is a few minute walk from Lambeth Tube Station, which gives you easy access to the whole of London. 10 minute walk to London Eye and Embankment. Sainsbury convenience store is right next door. "Superb hotel. Quiet, clean & hotel staff eager to help you. Excellent breakfast, although beware the service charge for providing latte and cappuccino coffees that they are very keen to get you. Also beware the small hotel service charge that they ask to add on when you check out. Will definitely visit again."

"This hotel is gorgeous, really lovely reception, room and the icing on the cake is the heated rooftop pool/hot tub which on a clear freezing night was lovely incredible. So much to do around the power station, we will definately be back."

"Nice modern hotel with trendy functional rooms. The staff are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Good quality in room tea and coffee etc with fresh milk. Very quiet room with very roomy shower. High quality bath and shower gel. Only downside, we found the bed and pillows too soft. Hotel in great location for central London. Tube 5 mins away. Will definitely stay again."

"The breakfast was excellent, hotel clean and with a funky decor. Great location. There were a few tiny snags during our stay (eg - our room temperature was too hot and couldn’t be altered, and our room wasn’t cleaned for a couple of days), however the manager and desk staff were incredibly helpful and sorted everything immediately. Couldn’t ask for better. "

"We have always liked staying in this location because of the ease of getting into central London and the nearby dining and beverage options. Staff has always been good but on my last couple of stays have been superb. There seems to have been some really good new hires and I thank them for their hospitality. "

"Well situated to see London sights and very close to Tube Station. Food was very good both breakfast and evening meal. Good value for money. Lifts not always working and its a long way to 8th floor! Was told on arrival we had been upgraded along with our friends. They did have an upgrade and we didnt! Paid the same prkce, booked at the same time, arrived together so that was quite odd! "
