"Tim who works the desk is very accommodating and personable. The check in was easy and straight forward. The property reminded me of a hunting cabin rather for fishing. It’s really just a bunk house but it has everything you need and they even provide a food saver with a roll of bags and plenty of ziplock bags for anyone taking home their catch. "This rental does not include sheets, towels. You have to ask and pay for it when you check in. To find out where to check in was another job and it’s located 5 blocks away. The place is dark, musty, very old. All beds are bunk beds. Some roaches. We won’t come back."

"Great location to beach and other excursions to cape lookout shark tooth island etc. it was great to have the pool option as well. The place was very clean, beds were comfortable and living space was lovely. It’s also decorated very beautifully and reallySets the tone for your stay! There were beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs and a beach wagon for Guests to use that was super nice to have. Check out was so easy and uncomplicated. The host was very responsive and attentive. It truly is a great place to stay! *A few things I’d wish I’d known so I could have had a better food prep and cooking experience, the Kitchen was functional but it was not super well appointed, it has the basics for pots and pans but for larger groups staying here (we had 7 of us) it was a bit tricky with the lack of cooking dishes like Pyrex pans (or any type of baking pans) and if you plan to make a big pot of spaghetti, soup or something along those lines the biggest pot isn’t super large so just an fyi to bring your own! There are no storage containers for left overs so make sure you bring some or get ziplock bags and the knives are very dull so it made prep take much longer than normal.The kitchen has zero pantry basics like salt pepper olive oil etc. so plan to bring allOf that or buy at the food lion down the street. Overall we would stay here again it was a fantastic family Vacation home. "
