"location was amazing for kitty hawk - everything close. Hotel was very clean from the front office to the rooms and pool. beach location was excellent with private beach access with sidewalk and boardwalk - barefoot friendly. absolutely loved our dune view walk-out room. Indoor pool and hot tub were relaxing after day at the beach. breakfast was full and well stocked by friendly staff. will stay here again "

"I was pleasantly surprised in the quality of the motel given the price for Asheville. Everything was clean and up to date. The motel is on an extreme slope making getting in and out of the hotel a little tricky."

"Nice hotel but poorly maintained. The pool and dining room were closed for "maintenance" and one of the two elevators didn't work, resulting in long waits. The door to our room didn't lock properly and was never fixed in 3 days, despite repeated complaints to the front desk. We piled furniture in front of the door to sleep at night."

"Although the beds were extra firm, everything else was very good. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was very good. We've stayed here before, and if we're back in Asheville, we'll come back!"

"Great staff at the front desk , very accommodating. Room had a door issue and they moved us right away no issues . Beds are too firm for my liking and could probably benefit from a pillow topping. Everything was very clean and there is a little convenience store area for items you may have forgotten . "

"Great value for money. Ideal location for overnight stay for proximity to airport for connecting flight. Lovely friendly welcoming staff. Room was spacious. Complementary breakfast and shuttle to the airport an added bonus. Great recommendation for evening meal at Migels restaurant literally 4 minutes walk away. "

"Everything was great except for the one worker that stood in the complimentary food area watching people as we were trying to fix our breakfast. Literally asking people if garbage was theirs and making sure we throw it away. Like lady we are going to throw our trash away….Jeez!"
