There was so much to do on the property. There were only 2 things that bothered me: the cashier lady on the 4th floor, or maybe it was the 6th floor; nonetheless she kept trying to make me like Trump. I'm trying to be polite but I'm looking at her like, "Just scan my apple juice and leave your political affiliations somewhere else. ". The other thing was that i got up at 3am to use the bathroom and they're was 1 roach in the sink.

The property does not specify that during the off season (fall/winter) many of the restaurants advertised at their property are not even open. Finding a decent place to eat was difficult. Tried 3 restaurants with 4.5 ratings and disliked them all. The oceanfront condo had roaches (big and small). One even came out of the iron when plugged in.

the view to the beach was nice. the bathroom is very small. Your staff could be more friendly. The bar staff and shop staff did not smile, and I was expecting more of a Southern hospitality.

Relative to other hotels in the area, this is a great hotel for an off-season visit. There are many amenities available onsite including a huge indoor pool area. My only warning is the deposit requirement. I didn't read the fine, fine print and was surprised by the significant amount.
