We arrived late at night after a long day of traveling Lizzett was wonderful I was exhausted could barely find my license. She was patient pleasant and understanding. In the am the gentleman doing the breakfast buffet was outstanding as well Checkout was a breeze very friendly staff.

Easy one. Their breakfast? That’s worth admission alone. Everything about the room was great, but that breakfast was incredible. And that’s coming from a breakfast guy. Biscuits, bacon, gravy… anything you might possibly want, really. I was tempted just to try and slide through and act like I’d stayed there for the night when I came back south. I didn’t because I’m a boy scout. But GET IN MUH BELLY.

Strong moldy odor on our entire floor, rooms were not very well kept, dust everywhere and something on the wall that look like someone spilled a drink on it that was never cleaned up, shower was still a little dirty and had to request new bed linens because they were all stained up

There is no hot tub which is the reason we booked this particular place Staff said it has not worked for a month. Ceiling was full of mold, 103. I seen on a different site that this was reported also, why aren’t they checking all the rooms for mold. We didn’t notice where the smell was coming from until the next morning. Staff was rude about it seems like they didn’t care. They said they were always booked and busy and didn’t have time.

A lot of broken items in the room from blinds to office chair and the TV wasnt working either. The breakfast was sub par -- stayed at another Holiday Inn Express further down south that had much more variety. The only good thing about the room was that it was spacious with a couch included (even though i was charged $45 dollars more booking it 2 weeks in advance than it cost the day of the stay)
