"Lovely cottage in fantastic location but could do with a few improvements. Boiler kept failing, usually when having a shower, tap in kitchen needs tightening as very loose and when toilets flushed, very loud vibrating noise throughout. Need to put bedside cabinets in all bedrooms. TV aerial needs putting on. Pub next door can be very noisy at night."

"The barn conversion is set in stunning Shropshire scenery. When we arrived we received a warm welcome from the owner. The property is warm and comfortable with many original features. There was plenty of room for the 11 family members in our group - lots of comfy armchairs, and pretty bedlinen on all the beds. The kitchen was slightly small for so large a group but we managed without a problem. There is a large Sainsbury's store within easy reach and we found plenty to do."

"We stayed here for two nights. The Hotel is very relaxing and the staff are all really helpful. The room was very quiet, stylish and clean. There were a couple of things to make it better, cobwebs on the ceiling (high up and only noticed when in bed) and the grout in the shower was stained. "I love the area surrounding the Prince Rupert! I have visited Shrewsbury many times but this was my first stay here. I highly recommend the Prince Rupert. You are welcomed warmly by the staff. The sherry was such a treat! It is clean, inviting, and wonderfully historic. I can't wait to visit again!"

We did have to wait 45+ minutes for our cooked breakfast to arrive but the manager did not charge us for it so no complaints Ludlow is lovely. Excellent independent shops, pubs restaurants and markets "
