"Terrific place to stay for Gatwick Airport convenience- especially when using The Purple Parking facility at Gatwick - only a 3 minute journey 😀😀. We ate in the onsite restaurant/takeaway which was really good (hamburger & fries ) delicious. "

"Found by chance as needed somewhere to stay after visiting a Christmas Lights event. Under new management 3 weeks ago and undergoing refurbishment. The bar and restaurant gave been revamped and a cozy atmosphere and good food. The rooms are a little tired but a work in progress and have a lot of potential. The bed was comfy and the room was adequate for our stay. The breakfast was delicious abd a good choice on the menu Friendly and helpful staff and will definitely go back."

"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house. Everything was perfect from the rooms, breakfast, and hospitality. The interior decor was fabulous as were the grounds. So peaceful with no noise other than nature. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we would definitely stay again and recommend. "

"Hotel prior to travel"

"Not the normal place we stay at, we prefer Hilton or something similar, but we were most definitely pleased with our choice of accommodation. The SatNav got us close and Rich who I'm going to assume is onebof the owners, called us just as we arrived on the lane and guided us in. The room was modern, clean and spacious. There was plenty of storage and the shower was great. My wife and I had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was spot on. Gatwick airport is only a 15 minute drive...

"Didn’t know what to expect however on arrival we were given a free upgrade to a 4 poster room, the original wood work and the 4 poster itself was nice, the host came out to greet us and carry my bags he was very warm and welcoming he had a wonderful aura about him. The room was spacious, and subtly decorated can’t go wrong with white, it’s originally was quaint and peaceful. It was quiet even though your are only a few minutes from Gatwick, only thing I say is bring a torch if you want to go...

"Four day stay was cancelled on arrival by hotel due to it being used for Government Quarantine Service, we were only allowed a new night stay and had to make our own alternative arrangements. Management were apologetic but didn’t resolve issue of us having no accommodation for 3 nights and no notice. Do not use this hotel Still awaiting refund 😡"
