"When I arrived there was no-one at the desk but I pressed the bell then had to telephone and a very harrased looking guy came and dealt with me. He took my money and two receptionists arrived and another a girl with my change. The receptionist was very pleasant but I had to say 'I do not have a key yet' as the guy did not give me one. "

"All the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, both the front desk staff and those behind the scenes. Jake, thank you for taking the time to reply to our pre-arrival messages and for looking after our two family bookings. We really enjoyed the vibe at the hotel, and the location is perfect for families. The pool was great for the kids at the end of the day, as well as before heading out for dinner. We will definitely be back."
