"One night only but was out for most of the evening. Dined in the restaurant where service was prompt up to main course as we arrived after 9pm and ‘the kitchen was closing’. After main course was served, restaurant staff disappeared and the only staff were those using the restaurant as a thoroughfare on their way home off shift (presumably banqueting staff) who didn’t look left or right in case someone asked them something…. What a great find

"Brought my nephew to see Santa in Bunratty and this was the closest hotel i could find. Delighted we found it. My nephew said it was the best hotel he has ever stayed in. Reception even printed him a map of where to find Santa. All the staff here were extremely good and friendly. Definitely a place i would go back to or recommend. Cater to gluten free as well. "
