"Wonderful stay at Dunblane Hydro with friends. Our room was well equipped with everything we needed. We were lucky enough to get a room with a stunning view over the town and the hills. The bed was extremely comfortable and bathroom spacious and immaculately clean. Our meal in the Kailyard by Nick Nairn was amazing and the staff were so friendly and attentive . Welcoming reception staff ensured our table was booked for dinner and hot cookies on arrival was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had in hotels with a wide selection and piping hot cooked food. Didn’t use the leisure facilities but did enjoy a relaxing drink in one of the lounges. Check out time meant we did not need to rush away in the morning."

"My husband and I booked 2 nights at Fonab Castle and we had a wonderful time. We were greeted at the door by very friendly door staff who helped us with our luggage and gave us a tour of the castle. All the staff were extremely friendly and very accommodating . The castle is beautiful and the room was spotless and very grand. We had our dinner and breakfast at the castle which was excellent. We also had spa treatments on our last day, treatments were so relaxing. Would highly recommend Fonab Castle as a stay, we will definitely be planning another trip. "

"Lovely hotel, very comfortable and friendly staff. Great leisure area, only quibble is that some of the lockers don’t work - tried about 3 or 4 before I got one to lock but no other issues. Beautiful setting with great walks on the doorstep. "
