"Friendly check in, speedy service. Nice hotel. Will return Coffee machine switched off too early at the bar area. Bedroom far too warm and unable to turn heating down .. Ground floor so unable to open windows."

"Perfect for my son and me. We really enjoyed playing tennis, using the pool and gym. Breakfast was delicious and we appreciated it being made to order. Room was pretty tired, but it was fine for our purposes. A great stay for the price."

"I arrived late from the airport and was greeted by friendly reception staff and even had someone help deliver my suitcase to my room. The room was a good size, very comfortable and had higher end additions such as fresh milk in the fridge and lovely bathroom products. The spa was great. So nice to start the next morning with a swim followed by a tasty breakfast. There was a great menu to choose from. Loved my stay and wish it could have been longer! "

"Lovely room but a bit dated and room was freezing when we got in (late should have been by 3 not in until 3.15) and heating in the room did not work they did try and fix but it still didn’t work they also offered to move our room but we would not have had a balcony overlooking the city so chose to stay had electric radiators and a blow heater but looked a bit tacky in a suite!!! "
