"If you are visiting Scotland you need to stay at this hotel. It was very walkable to all the excursion around the city such as the Edinburgh castle and the royal palace. It was a fast check in and every staff member was very nice and professional. When you leave the hotel and arrive back there is always someone there to open the door and ask about your day. The room was very spacious and had great room service. I will be returning! "

"We were on the first floor at the front. Extremely noisy especially late at night, no fault of the hotel and they did let one room in our booking of 3 rooms swop to a quieter one. Location is great for Old Town area and around 15 minutes from station."
