"Good hotel - very comfy bed! Minimal towels but could probably have asked for more but no great problem. Fantastic front desk service - very pleasant guys, extremely helpful. Fridge in room would have been helpful, and no glasses meant a long walk back to front desk .."

"A nice hotel near the centre of Newcastle. The outside and lobby has kept it's heritage style, however the rest of the hotel has been updated. The room was very large and very modern. Large spacious bathroom with the latest conveniences. The kitchen facilities were modern and clean, just like the rest of the room. It really was like a home away from home. Only two minor issues, one being the noisy from the street below. Unfortunately we stayed on a Saturday night, and it was a bit rowdy...

"Comfortable room. Very helpful and friendly staff. The shower needs some maintenance - I noticed it had leaked onto the floor to the left of the shower screen. Also the shower was leak below the spray head."
