"Arrived to the hotel early and they had no problem storing our suitcases until check in. All the people behind the service desk were super helpful and friendly. Even helped give us recommendations for where to eat on the evening. Went to the swimming pool twice while we stayed and was a nice amenity. The room we stayed in was a decent size and clean. Had breakfast on the morning which is a buffet and is well worth it, the variety and amount that is available is plenty and good quality too....

"Booked an executive king room and was put into room 441. The Bathroom was amazing and large but our room itself was very small for an executive room so was slightly disappointed by that. The hotel is very clean, staff lovely and would return. "

"The property was lovely. Original and charming. Reception staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Right opposite the station. We parked in the station car park as the hotel one was full. It was £8 for the 18 hours we were there. Good value for Newcastle. We booked one of the small standard doubles. It is what is says - small. It was clean and quieter than expected. Ok for a night but in future we would book a bigger room. Nice for a one night stay "

"Lovely hotel, nice and clean with very friendly staff, however if you're looking for a good nights sleep, don't expect this on a Saturday night as music was playing until at least 1am and the pillows are very uncomfy! "
