"Hotel was perfect only one issue the use of plastic glasses I understand it’s a football match and safety is paramount But 3 hours after and as a guest in the hotel I was served a glass of not cheap wine in a plastic pint glass I did ask a reception and was told I couldn’t have one have you ever drunk red wine out of plastic pint glass not good hence I left it"

"Communication from property manager was very poor. I was initially turned away from the address by security guard who didn’t know about my stay. Fob key did not work on main building, I had to be let in every day by security manager. No instructions were left for return of key. Air vent outside the door very noisy at night. Property manager charged for lost key after key was returned to building manager"
