"Allen and Martha were excellent hosts. They were extremely accommodating and quick to reapond to any communication. The property was well stocked and prepared for an extended stay. It was very clean and cozy as well. The neighborhood was super quiet and really close to a lot of things like old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, and Garden of the Gods."

"DO NOT BOOK THIS!!!! This must be a fake listing. We awaited the check in instructions that never came. The phone number listed on the reservation went straight to voicemail without a call back ever. I spent nearly 2 hours teying to figure out what I needed to do to check in, then calling Orbitz customer support and talkking with a rep and a supervisor and then finding another place to stay at the last minute. "

Check-in was easy. The owners were very nice and even helped me clear the snow off my car before I left. Thank you!!"
