"Stayed before, needs a refresh for bedroom. Still no tray table to unfold and be able to eat on Not as clean as I expect when there’s a cleaning fee (dusty window sills) . Very responsive owner, but trash disposal was inconvenient and confusing "

"The owner was quick to respond and checked on us when the power went out. The alarm system was a bit of an annoyance. It chirped our whole stay, even after we replaced the battery in the smoke detector. To be fair we did not contact the owner with this complaint. We were so busy with funeral services that we just did not have the energy. Also the dishwasher is in need of some attention "

"The property is quite large, and there are three separate structures. This guest house is just to the right when you enter the property and it’s lovely. It was clean and comfortable. The only issue was a drip in the bathroom ceiling. It was raining the entire time we were there. But the bed was comfortable, the hosts were responsive, and it was perfect for what we needed, which was to be close to the College of Marin. "

The house was very clean, communication with owner was very clear and informative, and the private chef recommendation was an awesome highlight of our stay. "A friend and I stayed there NYE night after attending a performance at Freight & Salvage (1.5 blocks away). Location was perfect. After checking in, the front desk called to ask us if we ‘needed anything’; I asked for robes, and they were delivered in a few minutes. Also great to have a nice restaurant and bar on the premises. Then we literally walked across the street to the BART station-perfect!"
