"Reception gave us no information on timings for breakfast or spa. No spoons in room so we went and bought our own. No information in room about restaurant or spa treatments."

"It was very stripped down - just bed, tv and bathroom - which at first I was uncertain about, but it was spacious, very comfortable (excellent bed), very clean, and very easy to get into Oxford town centre. I had an accessible room which had everything arranged as needed. Ease and relative cheapness of parking a great advantage (especially in Oxford). Surrounding area of Summertown most pleasant. Incredibly good value for money in a place where everything is expensive! Strongly recommend."

"Everything was good staff food room my only complaint would be the parking is a good distance from the hotel. It’s at least a 10 minute walk. I don’t have a blue badge but I am waiting for a knee operation so this is not a good one if you have trouble walking. "

"Pleasant hotel in a quiet area with helpful staff. It's a very straightforward experience with not many amenities -- no hotel transportation, laundry service, refrigerators or microwave, for example. However, the staff were helpful with what the hotel did offer, and the breakfast was lovely. It's a quiet town that closes early, but they do have room service and a restaurant/lounge that offers some late night menu items.
