Crystal Sands is a beachfront condo that is low-density and is situated on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This newly upgraded unit offers the benefit of the ground floor with easy access in and out to the beach. The property offers free parking with a direct entry from the parking and to the beach.
The unit has beach service already paid for you which includes 2 beach chairs and an umbrella daily. Not all the units have this great amenity!

We had a wonderful time. We have stayed here before. We did not have beach chair service, it did end the day we arrived. We were allowed early check in for an added cost which was great. The twin bunks had a bunch of sand in between the covers. Not sure why, but that was a bit disappointing. My husband noticed it when he was trying to take a nap since the baby was napping in the main bedroom. Place is a little worn down but still worth it. It’s very safe and has beautiful beach front view with such easy access.

This place is beautiful!! Everything you could need is already there, dishes, linens, towels, heck they even had beach toys for my son there already! Was such a fun and pleasant experience! When we couldn’t program the remote, we messaged MaryBeth and she couldn’t have been more hospitable! Looking forward to doing business with her again! Def great for the family and the beach is next door so that’s a huge plus!!

Great beach location. Unit is not clean.
The location and beach are great. The unit was dirty. Appliances were sticky. Dirty dishes in cupboard. Floors had not been mopped or swept. If they had cleaned the bedroom, they would have noticed the light was burned out. Other than it just being nasty, the location was ideal.

Great stay
This was only our second time coming to Destin and we booked with this host at this location because of all the good reviews. We arrived early, and were allowed an early check in for a small fee, which was fine by us, because it got us on the beach sooner. This condo is exactly as it is pictured. It does offer a washer/dryer combo, that wasn’t shown in photos, but we had verified it was there. And was a great bonus to getting clean beach towels. We have stayed at multiple vrbos over the years, and this was the first with a working ice maker in the fridge! Everything was clean and cutely decorated with beach themed bedding and decorations. I was worried about the beds in the hallway being a problem with the early riser toddler and sleepyhead teen, but it was tucked away nicely. The living room tv also offered Netflix and other apps and kept the kids entertained when it was raining. The easy walk to the beach was exactly as described. This host even offered multiple beach toys and 2 beach chairs. We will most definitely book here for our next Destin trip. Thank you to the host for being so accommodating to your guests and providing a great atmosphere for a wonderful family beach trip.

Perfect location, Perfect condo
The perfect condo for a getaway weekend. Condo had everything we needed, owner has it so well organized and appointed. Beach is so beautiful. The water is as clear as you can imagine and the sand is like soft powder. Lots of restaurants in the area. We rented a golf cart for a day to visit the different sites. Love Destin, would definitely come back to Crystal Sands!

Breathtaking view
The photos for this listing don’t do it justice. Being on the ground floor and being steps from the beach made it so easy for our family to enjoy the beautiful sand and ocean. This was our first trip to Destin and hopefully not our last. Marybeth was quick to reply to my questions and the condo was tastefully decorated. Having the beach chair set up was also a nice amenity. The location of the building is also close enough to all the places to grab food and shop, but on an end with lower density condos so it didn’t feel crowded. Would definitely consider staying in this condo again in the future.

Great location
#114A is the perfect location for a beach get away. It was clean and decorated nicely.The kitchen had what we needed as we don't cook much when we travel. Pots, pans, silverware,dishes, etc and towels are all provided. The view is outstanding and the proximity to the beach is second to none. It was just a short, easy walk to your chairs and umbrellas which set up are included with the rental. There is also nice furniture on the patio to sit and watch sunsets or just listen to the ocean waves. Check in was easy as was check out. We had a small plumbing mishap as the nozzle fell off the sink hose and Marybeth (owner) replied within minutes at a later hour and had it fixed the very next day. One negative we had was that it is a first floor condo so there will be upstairs neighbors. We had an extremely loud or heavy footed person upstairs with small children that liked to run back and forth almost continually when they were there. It also seemed like they were moving furniture around several times. The good thing was they seemed to go to bed early so it never kept us up. There is nothing the owner can do about this but just felt it should be pointed out! Overall it was a wonderful trip for my husband and me ~ just the get away we needed~ That beach and view far outweigh any negatives we had!

The condo was very clean well equipped with everything you will need for a lovely stay!
We had an amazing stay at this lovey condo. The furnishings were lovely and warm and inviting. The bed was super comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We also LOVED that it was on the first floor and could walk out the back doors and be right on the beach. Marybeth was also very attentive to any questions we had and was very kind and courteous in the process. So glad that we found her AND this condo. Hope to be back sooner than later!

Parking at the front door and walking out the back door onto the beach is the way to go. This condo was perfect. From location to decoration, this is THE place to stay! I enjoyed the privacy of being a low rise condo and the fewer crowds. Very clean condo with tasteful, updated decor. The beds were comfortable and the ease of getting on the beach was stellar. This condo is spectacular and we look forward to staying there again.

This condo is located right on the beach! The views are spectacular. Restaurants, and shopping were very close by. The pool was a nice bonus, but we came for the beach and the beach access from the property was perfect! The included daily beach service was awesome! I would definitely stay again!
