"Old Florida style hotel on the water with a super pretty view and a bigger room than expected. Super friendly staff. The restaurant on the property is great, Grouper bites are a must have! Really affordable pontoon rentals $239 after taxes for a 10 person boat from 8am-5pm with gas included?? That’s unheard of! 10/10 experience I can’t wait to come back!"

"This house is awesome. We rented it for a short Memorial Day VayCay for our family. The 3 bedrooms with 3 king beds was the main reason we rented this place along with the private pool. We like to be as isolated as possible when we VayCay and this place fit the bill.* The pros: * Everything in the house is brand new.* Not on the main river, cuts down on the shenanigans of the locals and the river traffic.* Large kitchen, had almost everything you need to cook all your meals.* Private pool overlooking the river.* Great sunsets.* Great porch for keeping the mosquitoes at bay.* Large TV's.* Plenty of towels and beach towels.* Watched lots of birds and dolphins all the time. The Cons: * When we arrived, I was very concerned about a building permit being taped to the front door. Apparently, the house has not passed a final inspection yet but is very close.* We also noticed that the lift station was not hooked up yet. The electrical cord did not fit the outlet and needed a different connection. We were told the crew that was supposed to hook it up the day before never showed up. * On night 2 the toilets did not want to flush and started to gurgle as well as the kitchen sink. The person taking care of the property tried to get someone out to fix the problem but could not get anyone to show up until the next day so we were holding our breath that the toilets would not overflow. The next day an electrician came out and made a quick fix."

"The stay at the Ozella house was wonderful. It was a very quiet place, and right in the middle of Crystal Springs."

"Our stay was about ten days. We were in love the moment we pulled in the driveway. We walked into a very meticulously clean home. The house was adorably decorated, so much attention to detail. Rustic charm while still having a beach feeling without it being over the top. Every amenity you could imagine. We travel often and are used to having to provide almost everything(paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags ect. They were all provided. We did try to replenish some of the items before we left. The back deck was heaven in the morning as we had a pair of otters that loved to play in the water while we were having our morning coffee. This home was so peaceful. So many cute, delicious local restaurants very close. Definitely a 10 out of 10. "

"Plenty of water views. When on the back patio you can see multiple areas of water. There is a table with chairs and a grill to use(not rockig chairs as in one of the photos) a floating dock, very spacious kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The garage is loaded with kayaks, fishing gear and snorkeling gear. Hot water, comfy beds, a large tv and couch. Plenty of brochures for things to do in the area(we did an airboat tour) Our personal issue was not enough window coverings, luckily we dont think the neighbors were there. The windows were so cloudy from possibly poor cleaning? we had to wipe them to see out better. Overall we were completely satisfied and would definitely return. "

"Overall impression and stay was very good. Great location, very quiet around and in neighborhood. Don't let outside of house fool you, as the inside is Very nicely done and more than adequate for me, wife, daughter, and her boyfriend. Only negatives. 3 out of 5 ceiling fans, which are all remote control, did not work. Actually, 1 of those we don't know if it worked or not, as could not locate nor did owner know, where the remote was. AC was good enough to offset this though. Trash, when we arrived on Wednesday the 24th, was literally, not kidding, overflowing onto the driveway. By Thursday afternoon, we had flies, outside and a few that got in house, from the trash. We talked to owner on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, but it took until Saturday morning at 8:00 am for it to be removed. I think their property management company was useless here, so I don't totally blame that on owner. Other than those couple glitches, I would stay here again. It needs some "Tweaks", enough towels and bath mats for guests, yard could use some TLC, but all-in-all, I would give this a 3.5'ish out of 5. We satay in a LOT of rentals and this is certainly not the best, but way from the worst."
