"We spent a week at the "cottage." The accommodations were as described - clean & comfortable. We never cook when away so the small kitchen worked fine for us - as did the one-room efficiency floor plan since we were out-and-about most of the day. A block and a half from the beach (yay!) and many restaurant choices also in walking distance (1-1.5 miles). "Great stay. We spent the week in Pasadena for the Rose Bowl parade and football game. Having this pool house to come back to each day made the trip that much better. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. My kids loved the hot tub and my wife loved the fireplace in the house. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back."

"Our usual Christmas family gathering spot is under remodel. This VRBO became the perfect substitute. We had a hiccup of the water heater going out. Tasha was on top of it and had it replaced right away. Small notes, for a big beautiful kitchen, it was shy of some basics. That and very few bathroom hand towels."
