Tolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten mit unseren Mädels eine tolle Zeit. Der Pool ist natürlich das Highlight gewesen. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Schlechte Unterstützung

Am Duschen des erstes Tages war der der Abfluss verstopft. Nach Rückinfo von der Vermieterin hätte ich ja auch am Schwimmbad duschen dürfen. Wir waren zunächst dabei das Wasser weg zu wischen. An Urlaub war da nicht zu denken!. Desweweitern kam nix von der Vermieterin, nur dass sie hätte Handtücher vorbei bringen können. Die Putzfrau verlngte gleich 50Euro für nichts. Die Pu

Gute Lage

Das Apartment ist gut gelegen, lediglich 10 Minuten vom Strand und den Geschäften des täglichen Bedarfs entfernt. Das Schwimmbad im Haus ist ideal. Hilfreich und angenehm wäre es, wenn ein Besen, und Reinigungsmittel zur Verfügung stehen würden. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Wohnung ist OKAY

Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut top, es sind nur 10 Gehminuten zum Strand und zu den Restaurants und Läden. Dass es im Keller ein Schwimmbad gibt, mit der Regelung, dass Erwachsene morgens von 7-9 Uhr ungestört schwimmen können ist super. Die Wohnung hat nur wenig Charme und das Schlafzimmer - das im Prinzip dann doch nur EIN Schlafzimmer ist und nicht wie gedacht zwei getrennte Räume ist dadurch, dass es nur ein Fenster darin gibt sehr stickig. Auch der Geruch in der Wohnung war, wenn nicht alle Fenster gleichzeitig auf waren, unangenehm. Es war leider noch Bonbonpapier von den Gästen davor unter dem Nachttisch, Chips unter dem Sessel und Krümel auf den Schränken. Das Bad war gut sauber. Es fehlt ein Abzieher für den Boden der Dusche, der würde es leichter machen, damit es keine Überschwämmung nach dem Duschen gibt. Meine Mails mit Fragen an die Vermieterin wurden leider nicht konkret beantwortet und dies führte zu einem Missverständnis mit der Reinigungskraft, die selber eine sehr zuvorkommende Person ist und nichts dafür konnte.

Urlaub

Es ist eine kleine Wohnung mit Trennwand im Schlafbereich, das war sehr angenehm dass das Zimmer nicht mit den Kindern geteilt werden musste. Es war ein Geschirrspüler vorhanden der entweder kaputt war oder den man nicht benutzen sollte. Es fehlte leider ein Besen damit mal durchgefegt werden konnte. Für das Geschirr wäre es gut wenn ein Ablauf Korb da wäre. Sonst alles Topp.Gute Lage und Preis passte. 😊

Kurzurlaub in Duhnen

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub in Duhnen verbracht. Bestes Wetter und eine tolle Unterkunft. In der Fewo ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Besteck, Geschirr, Gläser...alles reichlich vorhanden. Eine wirklich gut ausgestattete Fewo.

Die Wohnung ist maximal ok. Es wirkt, als hätte man sie nach dem Ableben/Auszug einer älteren Person um alle wertigen Dinge erleichtert und nur die funktionale recht lieblose Einrichtung gelassen. Das Licht im Wohnzimmer funktionierte nicht, der Backofen ebenso wenig. Duscht man, flutet man das halbe Bad WLan gibt es nicht. Duschen ist nur bis 22 Uhr erlaubt. Die Endreinigung ist nicht inkludiert.
