He went with me late at night to go check out the problem and called someone to come and have it serviced. Luckily, the bike was fine. "Booked a stay for 5 nights at this hotel through Expedia. Got a good deal (I thought) on a 'Superior Triple Room' which was to come with 1 x queen size and 1 x double size bed. There was supposed to be a balcony and the room pictures indicated that the bathroom was well lit with a bathtub and a glass shower box. What I got was certainly not that. We arrived late on the evening of our first night and were provided a small room with two single beds. The bathroom looked to be newly renovated/not...

"Do not book through hotel.com i tried to check in and they say they did not receive the booking nor recognise hotel.com i had fully paid through hotel.com and contacted them but nothing resolved and till today no refund. I had to pay cash (double pay ) otherwise i was without a place to stay over the night. I checked out the next morning and stayed at another hotel. I am very dissapointed with hotel.com on this as i have been booking through hotel.com for more than 6 years and now they leave...

"We had a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. The tub was huge. Got a little sick, needed a hot bath, hot water was not a steady stream; had to wait for water to heat up to fill the tub. The apartment was very spacious and overlooked the nightlife. The room is right next to the restaurant where they have a live band playing. It may be torturous to listen to until they stop. The AC worked well, but one room did not cool down at all. Staff was great, but tour company (to Hue) was not the best...

"Great clean roomy hotel 10 minute walk to beach, 20 minute walk to Han river with its bars and restaurants. Local sights easily accessible by taxi or walking from hotel. Overall great hotel in great location."

"The open air bath was amazing. All the staff were amazing and helpful. They fixed any problems quickly and were very polite. The food was very good for breakfast but the dinner menu was a bit hit or miss. The place is absolutely designed for smokers - the rooms, the hallways, even indoors of the restaurant - so it would not be suitable for those with sensitivities."
