THE ELEVATOR WAS OUT OF SERVICE I HAVE A BROKE. ANKLE AND SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR A BOTTOM FLOOR BUT THEY MADE ME CLIMB TO THE 4th FLOOR WITH A BROKEN ANKLE, a baby and a toddler. They didn’t have TV AND THEY DIDNT HAVE HOT WATER!!!!!

A very disturbing experience. Hotel didn’t feel like a Hotel. We tried 3 different rooms due to unworkable features, i.e. TV, heat etc. Rooms were dirty and smelly. Due to no refund given, we cleaned our own room. No decent Breakfast offered…the only thing that made sense was the waffle maker. The location really needs to be inspected!! Please Please address the needs, I believe the workers need their jobs but it’s hard not to complain about anything. In all my years I never experienced anything like it. It was disappointing & disgusting!

Cleanliness of this hotel is not good. WiFi is severely lacking in speed with sometimes no connection at all. Breakfast was a hit or miss. Some days they have it some days all you can get is a waffle and toast. I was shocked it was rated this high. I would rate this hotel a 4.0.

I Came Here Planning To Stay For 2 Weeks, and Ended Up Staying For 2 Months, lol. I Can't Say Enough Good Things About This Hotel. 1st of All, The Pricing For The Value You Get Is Unbeatable For This Area & Location. It's Very Clean & Quiet, No Pest Issues. Pet-Friendly. It's Quietly Tucked Away Off The Main Strip of Preston Rd./289 A Full-Hot Breakfast Is Served There Each Morning. And An Almost Overwhelming Selection of Restaurants, Fast-Food & Shopping Nearby. There's Even A Whole Foods Market Located Less Than 5 Minutes Away. The Staff There and Receptionists Made Sure I Was Very Comfortable During My Stay. And A Special Thanks To Miss Shaw, Who Was Very Thoughtful and Helpful While I Was There. She Accommodated Me In Changing My Room Upon My Arrival, Which Was Originally Located Right Next To The Lobby. Since I Desired A Quieter Setting, as I Do Most of My Work from My Laptop in my room, She moved Me To A Much More Quiet Room On The 2nd Floor, and I Never left, lol. Once I Got Nestled In, between The Plush King Size bed & The 50-inch Flat Screen, it Was Hard To Leave. What More Can I Say? This Is Definitely My 1st Choice Whenever I'm Visting This Region. The Staff Here Made Me Super Comfortable While I Was There. They Keep The "Comfort" In, Comfort Inn...
