The hotel was nice, somewhat clean. I was disappointed though that there was almost never anyone at the front desk available. We arrived and there was a couple that had been waiting for 15min before us. They even went to the back office to see if anyone one was there. Eventually someone came out. However, employee didn’t acknowledge or apologize that we were all waiting so long to check in. I’m a hotel manager myself, that was not ok!

Front desk was rude! Shuttle to airport was fine to the airport was ok, but return service was unavailable. Shuttle setvice was the ONLY reason i chose this location. It cost me an additional $46 for the trip back form airport to my vehicle.

Smelly dirty property. Location had A LOT of homeless around and walking property didn’t feel safe. The guest across from us were slamming doors all night and smoking in NON Smoking rooms which had my room smelling!

Staff was nice enough and accommodating BUT that is the only good thing. Upon arrival, we entered our room and it smelt overwhelmingly like feces. We immediately requested a new room. Our new room had a broken shower (temperature gauge was backwards). There was a baby roach and hair on the ground. The AC, once we turned it on, smelt so much like pee that we had to turn it off. We eventually turned it on and dealt with the smell at 6am because the room got so hot overnight. The TV remote was missing and staff didn’t offer to bring us a new one. The phone in our room wasn’t working, so we couldn’t contact the front desk to fix these issues. The beds have a loud plastic cover which I totally understand the use for, but is just loud and uncomfortable.

Comfortable stay, very clean, staff was nice, and easy parking. The elevator did stop working but they quickly put a sign up so no one would get on. Plus there was a 2nd one that was functioning well!

Staff could've been more helpful. Rooms were not the cleanest but ok. There was a strange odor in our room that never went away. We were required to bring dirty towels and wash cloths to the front desk in order to receive clean ones.
