Loved the structure/decor! Having the simplicity of the room, loved having the restaurant/bar. Not to many hotels offer that. Service friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be staying here again!

The worst I mean worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. 14-20 degrees in Dallas when I stayed there. No heat or hot water . Staff offered to change my room but explained it is an issue in the hotel. The room was disgusting the sink was so narrow from front to back that I got soaked with water, soap and toothpaste . Staff advised all sinks are like this through the hotel. There was no decent lighting in this disgusting room. 2 table lamps next to bed and 1 overhead spot by door. Expedia obviously will do nothing other than lip service. I plan to escalate to Texas Hospitality Assn as well as TX department of consumer affairs . Staff offered me a free dinner ( which I declined) for my inconvenience. I guess that was their way of admitting how horrific the situation was. No heat hot water or lighting.. I will also bring this to the attention of American Express ( used my card) This was a disgusting and stressful nightmare.

Excellent stay! Loved all of the amenities and it was super close to shopping. There is free self parking with easy access to the hotel. My only complaint was the service at the bar. My partner and I attempted to visit the bar on the first night and received terirble service. The bartender was dismissive and completely ignored us after wanting to get a bottle of wine. There was only 6 other people in the bar at this time. So, the bar was not full. It was so bad, we just left and found another resturaunt away from the hotel. Other than that, the stay was pleasant. Frotn desk staff was very helpful, just need better bartenders.

It’s just ok. The bathroom has a weird layout. It has curtain shower which is not very hygienic to have those on 2024. The toilet is on a corner the sink is super small. If you stay in a room close to the ice machine you will hear it no matter what. The walls are thin so you might hear your neighbors. The staff is very nice location is good and easy parking
