Very poor customer service this trip, poor heat in my room complained and no follow up, shower had a bad clog and no one came to fix it and even complained thru Expedia and they never answered the phone for them. Very poor experience, may not return

We had been wanting to try the Ethan Allen as we had previously stayed in the Hilton and Marriot in Danbury previously. The Ethan Allen was very nice and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was and the hotel room itself was clean and modern. We will definitely be staying there again very soon!!

While the Ethan Allen Inn still has a lovely public area, the guest room was fairly bad. The bed mattress comfort was surprisingly fine, there's a minifridge, BUT... Dated room and decor, cramped for a "suite" where we expected to easily fit a family of 5, small outdated bathroom, faucets that don't fully turn off, hallway carpets are terribly stained. The clincher was opening the pull-out Twin! sized (not full) sofabed to find it made up with sheets that had a bloodsmear on them. Over and out. Not again.
