"This property has a home like ambiance. The room was very comfortable and had a lot of space. Majority of the staff was very kinfd and helpful all around. However, two members of the front desk need proper guidance on customer service. Horriible and non caring attitude was experienced. They obviously do not value customers. Extremely rude and unhelpful. The Front Desk Supervisor and another lady are the gems of that property. They turned my misery into magic."
