The hotel is well located with multiple restaurants surrounding the large parking area. Breakfast is OK, not the most tidy, but given the crowd of guests, you will find something to eat. There is also a small Starbucks coffee bar in the lobby. Sharing the parking lot is another Hyatt property and the same transportation system picks up guests for airport and cruise terminal. The shuttle is efficient, costs a bit more than booking an Uber. I would not hesitate to stay here again when cruising from the Port Everglades pier terminal complex!

I really enjoyed my stay here. There’s are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. This hotel even has a shuttle bus to the cruise port for 15 dollars. The staff is super helpful. I would definitely stay here again,

We booked our reservation 3 months in advance for a cruise we were going on as it was close to the cruise port and the airport. Our friend also booked at the location across the street so that we could carpool and go to the cruise port together. After a very long travel day, we arrived at the hotel and had to wait at least 20 minutes to be helped. Only to be told that the manager had to authorize the reservation. When she arrived (another 10 minutes later), she told us that they had over booked the hotel and they had no space for us. They offered to send us to another location. We booked this hotel for a reason so that was not a reasonable solution for us. While we were waiting for them to find a room for us at the hotel we booked at. Another family with 12 individuals came in was told the same thing. Completly unacceptable to over-book a hotel.
