"The hotel lobby was unbelievably busy - the lift access seemed unnecessarily complicated but the band playing in the bar on Saturday night was really great! Our bedroom was rather small & the bathroom was really tiny with a miniscule sink & only room for one person at a time A leaky shower door (bath mat was absolutely soaking after one shower) & no niceties like a shower cap. "During our 8 day stay we received the greatest service out of any hotel in London that we have stayed at. From walking in to leaving was perfect. The concierge Paddy was so helpful he helped like he knew us personally. The door man Max did his job exceptionally. All in all the staff made our stay magnificent we will definitely be going back. "This hotel was wonderful for many reasons. It is right next to Charing cross station and within a 5 minute walk to Embankment. We were able to walk to many sights including the National Gallery which is less than 5 minutes from the door of the hotel.
