"Unfortunately I did not realize that there was no toilet or shower in the hotel room when I reserved it. The toilets shared by the entire floor did not have a sink, soap, or water to wash your hands. Also, there were no trash cans in the toilet rooms so women who have that time of the month have to grab their items and leave the bathroom with them in their hands - incredibly unhygienic and undignified. "
