"Lovely hotel, overall it was very clean and comfortable. Beds and pillows were nice. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel is a bit from the main train station but the #6 drops you off directly in front of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this modern hotel to anyone. "

"We, family of 4 plus dog, have stayed at this hotel overnight several times over the past 5 years, most recently in July 2024. We love the location, as it is quiet and surrounded by forest with lots of relaxing walking routes nearby, yet not far from the shopping centre in Zweibrücken (which has fast chargers in case you arrived by EV). "Excellent location close to the Mannheim Marktplatz. Rooms are quiet but the air conditioning was not so effective. "

"The hotel itself was nice, clean and comfortable. They say there’s parking, but aren’t clear about where. I parked (illegally) and ran inside to find out where we could park. There was a line at reception so I asked the guy working at the bar about parking (it wasn’t opened yet). He said questions should go to reception and walked away. "The hotel is in a brilliant location. All the staff were very welcoming, friendly & helpful - front desk, cleaning staff & the waiters. We had a problem with the A/C in our room & needed to move rooms - this was all sorted very promptly. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a lovely few days in Mannheim."
