"There was a major issue with the check-in process: the check-ins as categorized by students or travelers, but it was never specified by the host. The host instructed me to identify myself as a student. As a result of following the host's instructions, I arrived to an empty room with no linens, towels, a chair as in the photograph, or other basic supplies a traveler needs. "We booked the property because we had a party of 8 and their apartments accommodated our party size. The floors had not been cleaned when we arrived. There is a train that runs behind the property so the noise is consistently loud during most of the day. We requested clean towels on our third day and even though we were told they’d be sent up, we never received them. The space of the apartment for our party size was great, but there wasn’t much within walking distance in terms of food or grocery...
