The weather was not good, rainy and dreary, yet coming back to this place made me smile because of all the charm it provides. The details the owner put into all of it was soo helpful and left little room for any confusion. Which was great since it was our first time and we arrived very late when it was very dark outside. "The house was in a nice neighborhood, an older part of Dayton. The neighbors we met were very nice. The house looked to be well maintained with a lot of room for everyone...we had 6 adults. There was a very large kitchen and thats where we like to hangout. We would rent this property again."

Location was central to many attractions. Outside areas were absolutely perfect for having morning coffee, drinks, and grilling out. Movie room was great for kids who had a ball. Highly recommend!"

"This has everything you need and then some. I only needed to provide my own food. It’s in a good location to see the airforce museum and it’s close to the college. Easy to access the highways and downtown Dayton. It has nice decor. The owner/manager is attentive. I would certainly stay again."
