"Great hotel "

"We visited for a Browns game. Hilton worked for us."

"Parking is pricey, but it's downtown. Our room didn't have any soap in it, but things happen. Worst part of the stay was the restaurant. You pay a premium for mediocre food and slow service. That said, there is plenty of high quality food options in walking distance. Overall, it was the staff that made the the visit. Everyone was super positive and polite. The staff interactions made up for the other shortfalls. . . The creative placement of mirrors in the room was a fun bonus."

"This hotel is in a great location but has seen better days. It could use a little upkeep. I would stay again but would have a lower expectation. The man in the bar is about as unfriendly as it gets. He was downright rude most of the time. We went to the bar at a nearby hotel instead. "

"Staff were wonderful. Hotel was acceptable. Hard to get hot water, had to get a coffee pot from front desk, none in room. $100 security deposit up front tells you that this hotel may have some issues. Rooms good size and comfortable, but all accessories have to come from front desk."
