"Everything was great with our stay. We were able to check in early upon our arrival and get settled in prior to visiting the waterpark! That was extremely helpful. We enjoyed the activities staff and enjoyed all the activities they offer and include the kids in. Room was clean and comfortable. Wonderful stay."

"Loved my stay. The only problem was an odd smell that I noticed at the onset and throughout my stay. It could have been the cleaning solutions. Other than that everything was great - except for loud neighbors at 1 am. But I know you don’t have control over that."

"Perfect stay. Friendly and I must say a very patient front desk staff member. Natalie was working with a guest whereas English was not their primary language ... she keeps trying to help the guest while being very polite about the guest being behind and in Natalie's work area. Took the time to "get it right" and did it with a smile. Addressed my check-in as if nothing ever happened and I was her first guest of the day. A+ on Natalie's performance!
