"Hello! Your boutique hotel is beautiful! 5 star decor! The Casper mattress was a dream! A few suggestions I would like to offer, we stayed on the third story in 3B. The bathroom was very dark and like a cave. Cold and dark. I would definitely add some more lighting and possibly another heater next to the toilet since the back part of the bathroom was very cold.
