"We have stay at this hotel over the last 3 year for the Daytona 200. The room was clean but the carpets were stained and there looked like above the toilet there is a leak starting and mold is starting to grow. Death is very pleasant and they did accommodate me with room service every day which I absolutely appreciate but the rooms are getting to be tired looking. "

"Very nice historic hotel. Plus / minus on being co-located with busy Cuban restaurant. The food at the Cuban restaurant was excellent, but makes the hotel smell like oil and food. Parking also becomes an issue because of the restaurant. The hotel is an excellent location for all things downtown Deland."

"This stay was an absolute dream! The location was perfect, well-situated in a beautiful neighborhood that was within walking distance of downtown, which made getting around very easy. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, with tons of natural light (a huge plus in my book). "We were a group of 4 rowers up from Miami. This was a modest but well-equipped cottage. Host was great, very responsive and helpful. Kitchen is nice, with most things you would need including utensils, spices, sugar and the like. Bedrooms are small, with 2 having bunk beds and sharing a bath. Baths were remodeled but when 4 sweaty athletes come back and need to shower at once before dinner, hot water ran out. It was good for our purpose, as we basically just slept there but otherwise spent...
