"Very nice accommodation. Room was clean and a good size. Again an issue with the smart TV, could not use screen mirror function. Appears to have been removed from tv. As English speaker it would have been good to watch tv at night. The staff were helpful and worked to make our staff enjoyable. "

"We spent 10 days at la Résidence Les embruns in September, and we loved it. It's an older property that would benefit from some renovations and updates (like a fresh coat of paint all over). That said, it's very close to the wonderful beach, and also services like a grocery store (Carrefour Market). Carole at the reception desk is a pleasure to deal with. Downtown is about one kilometre away, an easy and pleasant walk. Very recommended."

"Avoid this property - it looks fantastic but it's incredibly poorly managed. The property manager is slow to respond. They also did not share many issues the property has, such as a defective shower which floods and is full of mold, none of the doors close properly. Also, we arrived at the property and one toilet was full of urine and smelling awful. Such a bummer but this is not a good place."

"The apartment is very well equipped with high quality contents. The secure underground car park is a great additional feature. The location is very good for the beach and also restaurants. The apartment building is well kept. We had late afternoon sunshine straight onto the outside area was an added bonus. Caroline gave us clear access instructions and provided a very nice welcome pack. There was nothing negative about our stay. Thankyou Caroline."

"My family stayed here for almost a week this summer (June 2024). The host is a good communicator and accommodating. The location is perfect - can walk to town and beach. If you can get bikes even better to go further. The house has loads of sleeping space and a nice kitchen dining area that opens to the outside area. Would recommend stay here."

"Ms. Tricot's house is really large, well functioning and yet stylish and cosy. The master bedroom at 2. floor provides a magnificent view over the beach and "the planks" of Deauville. "Not enough instruction. I thought it was a hotel. Because, once I have stayed in the golf. It was the hotel. No front desk, no soap, no shampoo, no tissues. At 9 pm we had to go out to buy all those. Stores were closed. If we were told those we needed to buy, we could have done it before we checked in. Then we couldn’t find bedding, if the instructions were written where we can find, it could been much easier. We spend unnecessary hours to search. "
