However on the day of our departure we called numerous numbers listed to get a late checkout, as stated in our paperwork, and no one picked up/called us back. Then a random guy tried to get in and was surprised to see us there. He asked if we were staying another night and we told him no, and that we tried calling numerous numbers to get a late check out and no one answered. Then he proceeded to tell us if we stayed they would charge us another...
