"The driveway was not plowed. The walkway had 12 inches of snow on it. Ice in the steps. Slow response from the host. Couldn’t fix the problem. It took an extra hour for me to walk from a parking lot to the cabin. I had to take in food and clothing. The faucets in the cabin all need to be replaced. A little dirty with several dead flies in the bathroom sinks. Beds are pretty uncomfortable. At checkout I didn’t have any instructions so I texted the host. Didn’t hear back before we left. "Excellent communication before and during our stay. The property is beautiful and my group enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, lounging by the fireplace, and soaking in the hot tub. The space was perfect for our getaway."

"Overall very positive. Biggest issue was that garbage was full when we arrived and was not picked up while we were there, so we had to keep piling it up on top of the cans. There is also a constant wet spot on on one of the carpeted floors like something is coming up from below. Only one of the codes worked for the front doors, which was no big deal since we had both units. We will definitely consider renting the unit again."
