Del Mar Sea Horse Beach Condo

Sea Horse condo has just undergone a recent renovation! Charming space located just one short block to the beach in the coveted Beach Colony. Perfect for your vacation getaway!

Sea Horse condo is a well equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 2nd floor of a 3 story building Open concept living allows all to enjoy the activities in the central living area. Fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the cooking necessities. Bathrooms have shampoo/conditioner/body wash and towels too! We supply beach gear (chairs, towels, toys, boogie boards & surf board). Both bedrooms have new beds (king and 2 twins), new bedding as well.

I live in the building and am available as needed.

The Beach Colony is sought after for its long stretches of white sandy beaches, great waves for boogie boarding or surfing, yet gentle shore break for little ones to play at the water's edge. Easy walk into Del Mar or go North to Cedros/Solana Beach. Race Track/Fairgrounds are less than a mile a way. Shopping, dining, freeway access all very accessible.

The washing machine is a "combo". It is one machine that washes and dries the clothing. It is meant for light loads. We do have coin operated machines in the building if you want to do larger loads of laundry.
We adhere to a Good Neighbor policy:
Quite Hours 10pm - 7am
No Smoking in condo or on property
No events/parties - this is a multi unit building! People live above, below and next door!

The property was just as described. Great location, beautiful property, clean and well decorated. We had a great time during our mini vacation. We were a short walk to the dog beach which is lovely around 5-6pm. We were minutes from restaurants. I highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic 4-Day weekend in Del Mar
This property is just as presented in the listing. The host, Gina, was very responsive and hospitable. We love Del Mar and the long walks on the beach. This propery is one block off the beach giving the perfect access to everything we need. Great area for running along the beach and walking to some of the best restaurants. The area is very safe for all ages. I recommend this property.

Thanksgiving in Del Mar
Del Mar is such a quaint little beach town for those of you looking for the quieter side of SoCal. The apartment was nicely appointed for a small group. We had an issue with the oven and stove not working but the property manager Gina was very responsive in getting a handiman over. When it turned out that the entire thing needed to be replaced she dropped off a toaster oven so we could at least have something to heat up food that doesn't go in a microwave. She even gave us a bag of pastries for our trouble :) Thanks Gina! All in all our stay in the Sea Horse Condo was very nice.
