The staff are always welcoming and friendly. Rooms are always clean. Breakfast is very good. Love the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi.

One of our towels had fresh dark stains on it, definitely added after washing as it was sticking to the towel. It was so disgusting I didn’t want to use the shower. The chair in our room was covered in stains. The floor in the breakfast room was sticky almost everywhere. You really didn’t want to touch anything. If I would have wanted to have a low budget motel I would have booked one. I was always under the expression that Beat Western is a better one. Very very disappointing.

Check-in wasn’t as smooth as on previous stays. The receptionist couldn’t find my reservation so I was told (bluntly) I didn’t have a room for my 4 night stay. After showing the female receptionist my email confirmation, she looked again and found my reservation had been cancelled because the system hadn’t been updated with my new arrival date - no apology was forthcoming, which was disappointing. I felt a room was found almost begrudgingly - the 1st had an interconnecting door I wasn’t comfortable staying in, the 2nd had a broken toilet, the 3rd room was fine. Fortunately, the rest of my stay was without incident.

If you want to get a good night's sleep, this is not the place. The walls appear to be paper thin and one can hear just about everything. The people preparing breakfast every morning would start yelling around 5:00 in the morning. The carpet going up the stairs had dry mud which was never cleaned up during the time that I was there. There is no elevator. Staff was friendly.
