Fantastic! perfect location, right across from the beach , walking distance to the Avenue. Communication was on point. I asked for a clean towels and within five minutes they were at our door. I would say it’s a property for adults more than children. Or it might’ve been just the time of the year I found it to be many retirees. can’t wait to return

Great Find
This was a great find. Located just across the street from the ocean and a short distance to Atlantic Ave Restaurants and shopping. The room was comfortable and offered living area and small kitchen. Outside area provided seating and picnic table to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Staff was great and available via text at any time.

Best deal in the area!
This motel style accommodation is an older establishment. It’s nicely remodeled and very clean! keep in mind it has experienced share its wear and tear. That being said, it is well maintained by the staff whom are some of the nicest, most accommodating people I have had the pleasure to deal with. Immediate response time to any and all requests! The location and price cannot be beat in this area. We live 30 minutes away and know all the places to stay.

We very much enjoyed Dover House! Location couldn't be better - across from the beach, walkable to numerous shops and restaurants, and we always felt safe. The ocean was not swimable during our stay (end of March 2024), but the pool was perfect! Well maintained, plenty of space and never too crowded. Appreciated the beautiful landscaping around it too! Our unit was very nice and mostly updated. But extremely fancy by any means, but very nice. Bathroom could use more hooks to hang towels/swimwear, and as is typical, the sleeper sofa wasn't comfortable without lining an extra blanket underneath to cover the springs and level it out a bit. Overall great stay and great experience to the Delray Beach area!

Dover House exceeded our expectations! We picked the property for the great location right across the beach and steps from Atlantic Ave. Given the very reasonable price, I didn’t expect it to be so nice and well-maintained. The grounds are pristine and include grills and picnic tables for guest use. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. There are free beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to borrow. The unit was larger than expected, spotless and new-looking. All around a great stay! Highly recommended.
