The holiday bungalow is located on the small and woody recreation park "De Posthoeve" to the south of the pleasant village of Den Ham.

The holiday bungalow is perfect for cozy family holidays or a weekend away with a group of up to 12 people.

Cosiness is central to holiday bungalow "Roy". At the long table can be extensively bubbled and eaten. The two gas fires offer extra atmosphere and warmth, particularly in autumn and winter. The bungalow offers plenty of privacy through the separate sleeping areas and two separate kitchens. Both equipped with all comforts.

Cosiness is central and this is reflected in the attractive interior. Children are very welcome and there is plenty of room to play, both outside and inside. The bungalow is practically furnished and has plenty of storage options. There are two televisions present so that, if desired, football and a romantic comedy or cartoon film can be watched.

The bungalow has six bedrooms. All six bedrooms have two separate single box spring beds which form a double bed when you slide against each other. Bed linen is provided (duvet, pillows, molton) and bed linen can be rented when required.
Opposite the bedrooms are two bathrooms with toilet, sink and shower, small but practical and above all clean.

We would like to point out that the management of the Recreatiepark does not agree with letting to groups of young people without guidance.

Nice bungalow for groups
We traveled with a group of 11 friends and the bungalow was the perfect size. We especially liked the Chillout area where we all fit in. Only negative point is that the sleepingrooms are really small and even though there are 2 single beds it's more of a double as there is no space in between. Overall really good experience. I do recommend!

Superweekend! Erg makkelijk om contact te krijgen met de verhuurder. Een van de koelkasten bleek kapot; binnen een uur stond er een nieuwe. Erg leuke chalet, leuk met twee woonkamers; één van de woonkamers werd omgetoverd tot ‘jeugdhonk’ wat de kids prachtig vonden. De slaapkamers waren prima, de bedden goed. De grote woonkamer heeft een lange tafel waar we gezellig met ons alles aan konden eten.

Vrienden weekend
Weekend met de vriendenweg. Spijtig dat je buiten niet mag lachen en plezier maken want dan krijg een melding dat het aub stiller kan. Dit om 20u s'avonds. Vanaf 22 a 22.30u veel lawai en muziek tot snachts. Huis is oke en proper. Matrassen zijn van minder kwaliteit en veel te zacht waar door er meerdere mensen toch last hadden van de rug.

Das Haus ist schön groß und ist super eingerichtet. Leider sind nicht alle Schlafräume beheizt, so war es nachts teilweise kalt und feucht. Für wärmere Monate aber zu empfehlen.

Das Positive vorab: die Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten sind für größere Gruppen (auch mit einzelnen Parteien) gut. Es gibt ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten und mit zwei Küchen ist genug Platz zum Kochen. Es ist möglich das Gepäck am Haus auszupacken und kann danach das Auto auf einem recht großen Parkplatz abstellen. Die Sauberkeit war soweit in Ordnung. Leider waren wir insgesamt sehr unzufrieden. Die Schlafzimmer sind komplett von der Wärmeversorgung abgeschnitten. Wir haben jede Nacht gefroren, es ist kalt und feucht/klamm gewesen. In mehreren Schlafzimmern ließen sich die Fenster nicht öffnen. Der Hauptraum ließ sich gut heizen. Insgesamt ist das Haus extrem hellhörig und auch von draußen hört man fast jeden Schritt. Die Haustür lässt sich nur mit sehr viel Gefühl und Gefummel zu- und abschließen, da sie sehr verzogen ist. Außerdem scheint das Dach undicht zu sein, da es nach einem Tag Regen aus einer Abdichtung im Hauptraum getropft hat. Wir hatten noch nicht einmal unser Gepäck ausgeladen, da kam ein Herr zu uns und ermahnte uns deutlich, dass sie keine lauten Leute da haben wollen und jeden raus schmeißen, der Krawall/Überlast macht. Der Schlüssel wird in einem Schlüsselkästchen zur Verfügung gestellt, dessen Code man vorab per Mail erhält. Das war an sich komfortabel, leider ist das Kästchen bezüglich des Öffnens nicht selbsterklärend. Eine Erklärung wäre durchaus hilfreich gewesen. Dementsprechend können wir dieses Ferienhaus gruppenunabhängig leider absolut nicht weiter empfehlen.

Prijs, kwaliteit was niet goed. Veel te duur voor de deze accommodatie!
De aankomst op de camping was rommelig. Overal stenen en bouwmaterialen. Geen plek op de parkeerplaats omdat die vol stond met busjes van bouwbedrijfen. Het huisje was niet geschikt voor 12 personen. Bij binnenkomst stonk het enorm muf. De slaapkamers waren krap voor volwassen mensen.Via het voeteneind moest je je bed in! Moeilijk als je slecht ter been bent! In de woonkamer was plek voor 7 personen. Buiten was er alleen een picknicktafel die van ellende uit elkaar viel. Geen tuinstoelen of tuintafel. Eten koken voor 12 personen was niet mogelijk. De pannen waren veel te klein. Kortom niet geschikt voor 12 personen!!!! Zeker het geld niet waard!
