The facility sits on a gorgeous piece of property with a river running behind it, a walking path, and an education center that can be used by young and old to study the surrounding area. Our room was old, blinds were tattered, it was however clean.

Good location, lacking in character

Decent lodge with all the facilities required but was a little dark and also a lot of road noise from a nearby bridge as well as noise from the railway. The restaurant was decent food but because of the large groups and open plan style did not feel particularly cosy / intimate as a restaurant.

We had to take our luggage up a flight of stairs. My 78 year old mother cannot do that so there was a worker there that assisted. This is mostly tailored to tour companies. It was one of the last nights of the season so food was near the end.

Mediocre Stay

It’s an old place, heating wasn’t working, and the fan in the bathroom was obnoxious. Some of the power outlets didn’t work, and when we told them about the issues, they asked us to wait a couple of hours.

Loved being on the river! Front desk said we were on 1st floor but our room was actually on 2nd floor. We didn’t have any hot water at 8:30 in the morning to shower. Nice lobby area but restaurant/bar was only open till 9:00. We ended up having to go elsewhere to eat a late dinner. Overall it was a good place and would stay there again

Terrible TV /Wifi service. Food is way overpriced, but not terrible. Breakfast is lackluster at best. No fridge or microwave in rooms. Denali was closed due to fires. Onsite hotel staff offered no other trail options. We searched for a few hours to find something. Hotel needs a good concierge.

The reservation was to pay at the property but the payment was charged at the time of reservation and they charged addition amounts which had to be disputed to get that back. Overall the room promised was facing river but was not and room had misty odor.

Purtroppo L albergo non ha rispettato L importo della prenotazione di 634 USD addebitandomi 775 euro. Al check out non rilasciano ricevuta di pagamento e non sono stati in grado di capire cosa è successo. Mi faranno sapere. Molta reticenza da parte del Manager. Mi riservo di fare un reclamo ufficiale con Hotel com. Evitate questa struttura

Struttura mal gestita non consigliabile

Problemi al check inn: ci hanno addebitato un importo superiore rispetto a quello della prenotazione ed ancora non abbiamo risolto il problema in quanto sono molto reticenti. Wi-Fi inesistente infatti sto scrivendo dalla stazione dei bus. Pochissime navette non sincronizzate con il servizio del parco. Non rifanno le camere per tre giorni. Assolutamente non consigliabile C’è di meglio per il prezzo pagato

Great place to stay. Good restaurant and bar with specialty drinks. Plus a “Wake-up call” for the Northern Lights.

Needs maintenance. Toilet, extractor fan, door locks, door frames. Food was good, most staff very friendly . Rooms are small and bathrooms tiny
